I led Retail Experience Globally for both Wholesale and DTC stores. Key projects included NYC store remodel, pop-up shops, key product launches and fixture development.

Redesigned entry of store to be more open, branded and commercial including a "product launch zone".
Also includes multiple consultation areas for consumers to lounge or talk with sales staff.
